Was this even necessary?

Not all of us are native English speakers.

I'm not either. My comment was not intended to humillate. Only that for a moment gave me the impression that him wrote so bad on purpose. Maybe a unfortunate remark on a bad day. to err is human, to forgive divine; so I apologise

I am well aware that my English is far from perfect but is not so bad, is it?
Blown up by my own bomb it seems

I hope that this settle the issue and we keep writing about our best hobby instead

@pavlor

I believe mcbone is in and from the UK. He also has the intellect to get involved in a non mainstream computer platform but his language is odd, to me facilitating. Dyslexia I don't think would change words like that and make the sentence barely understandable. An interesting guy for sure.

@mcbone
Registered to check out what it was about and to test it, and found that its an early stage cloud desktop solution. There are not many apps available in there at the moment.
Its interesting to test these things, but I have difficulties of seing any real advantages using it. If I want to have my documents stored online and be able to edit them from anywhere, I use google disk. These days most people have a personal smartphone, tablet or laptop available anyway. And my desktop computer is available to me from anywhere already, using the free teamviewer service.

But to say something positive about friendup:
- Its aperently amiga inspired, and some of the programmers have amiga background.
- Amiga style: draggable screens, workbench-like right click menu, dockies etc
- made in Norway :) (Chief Architect is amigaworld member hogne)
- two of the included demos are amiga tributes (happy birthday amiga)
- It looks good
