I seem to recall either Frank or Thomas saying something about a bigger project quite some time ago. Hopefully we'll get a bit more info from them soon.

There's a thread over at Amigans and Thomas gave a little info about the 3D engine. It currently uses MiniGL and the old Warp3D where it currently gets 60fps in full HD on an X1000 with an HD7750 and performance is also good on a Sam460.

He also said that currently they have to program Nova directly which is more time consuming and they will use Daniel's OpenGL ES implementation as a layer between Nova because it makes things easier with regards to other platforms.
