Hi All

Am I right in thinking this is the metal shielding that covers the whole Amiga A1200 motherboard. Or is it just the little top cover for the RF modulator ?

@g01df1sh

The RF modulators on all the "keyboard" Amigas were the plug in units meaning that the RF shielding will be the metal covers that went over and under the motherboard. I think the box Amigas also used plug in modulators but I only had A500 and A1200 models so can't be certain.

Only the A500 and A500+ needed the external modulator, the 600 and 1200 both had it built in. But anyway, that shielding in the link will be the shielding for the motherboard.

@Daedalus

OK thanks I might get one then as the one in my eBay Amiga 1200 has been badly hacked about and also very badly discoloured.
