Im not infront of winuae now but check what ffmpeg you use and that you use generic version and not altivec as i believe you dont have altivec hardware. Try the ffmpeg from shell and see if it works first. Maybe there is a tooltype in ffmpeggui to override what version you use etc. If you use the latest ffmpeg and its not compatible better check with the author. But i try to remember when im at home.

I found a way to use the old ffmpeg with fmpegGUI & the new ffmpeg if needed. I moved the old ffmpeg into the same dir as ffmpegGUI & then edited the cmd path tooltype to CMD_PATH = Work:ffmpegGUI/
The error message no longer comes up.
Note: edit out the blender reference before Broadblues rage quits

AAArgh! Will get it your head once and for all that blender does not use the ffpmeg executable, it has it's own , built in, version of the lib and so does not have any effect whatsoever on ffmpegGUI.
Blender does not need Micks ffmpeg port, not even the library version .
The X1000 i sent to amigakit and my tracking number says it arrived. The tech stuff is on vacation to monday so ill see when i get an update on the motherboard. So we just wait. Can take 2 weeks and you know how that works :')
