@Uitgang

Someone bought one at the show so it's pretty much ready for launch!

I can't understand why the sound has to be so bad EVERY year

Too much background noise and Trevors voice is vasted....same every year.

I don't even bother to hear it

@Hondo

Bad sound is only for few minutes, it is much better for most of Trevor´s presentation/question session.

@RobertB

A nice video once we got past the first 4 minutes of very bad audio. There's a real sense of momentum and yet a desire to bring as many of the remaining Amiga community with them as possible. To sell the Tabor at cost and sell the Alice laptop for $650 is quite frankly amazing! This shows the A-EON isn't just about catering for the classes. A great segment only spoilt by the amateur AV guys letting the Amiga greats down (Steve Jobs would have made sure that they never worked again in the IT industry but luckily we are more forgiving )

@BigD

Do you think there is some professional AV crew hired to bring you videos? If not for the hard working and very giving amateurs you would have no streams or recorded videos.

So many ungrateful comments every year.

I for one appreciated the live streams from Bill and the recorded videos from Robert. Especially appreciate you guys taking out time from enjoying the show yourselves so we could look on from afar.

@mbrantley

Good point, and I agree.

But I would hope that some constructive comments/feedback is wanted? For example, the p240 quality made it close to impossible to read the text displayed during powerpoint presentations.

Ofcourse, the main information is conveyed thru voice, so its not a big issue.
Additionally, I also think most of us are VERY greatful towards Bill and the AmiWest crew. I guess we should remember to add praise together with feedback, so its not only "negative" comments regarding the videos.

While resolution was not high I could hear almost everything, so big thanks for streaming.

Any video with LibreOffice in action?

Not sure which videos you are referring to but if youtube only doesn't offer you to choose a higher quality option than 240p it might just be that you are trying to watch the video too early after it has been uploaded, as it usually takes a bit more time until the higher quality settings become available.
