Because this is a magazine, I feel I should ask you if it is alright to discuss the contents of your interview with Ben Hermans.
Honestly, there is SO little info coming out of Hyperion, I think people who do not subscribe to your fine magazine would be interested in the content.

Your thoughts?

@number6: First of all I should mention, that Ben Hermans didn't speak "official" for Hyperion in the interview (he made this very clear to me, when I asked for the interview), but as he founded Hyperion and was one of its directors for many years, part of the interview was of course Hyperion-related.

I agree, that there is not really much (and not always well coordinated) PR from Hyperion (If someone wants to hire a professional journalist for this matter there: I would do it )

I also agree, that the interview could be interesting for non-subscribers of Amiga Future , too. BTW: There is the possibility to order single issues of the magazine, too.

To cut a long on story short: I have no problem, to share/discuss the interview with you, but as I am not the chief-editor/publisher of the magazine, its not my decision and I am not really allowed to do it.

What I can/will do: I will ask Andreas Magerl, if there is a possibility to publish the interview (or parts of it) in on the AF-website.

Legally speaking it would be more accurate to say "one of the founders", a fact which has been made clear prior on AW by Evert Carton, when a similar claim was made about this being solely "Ben Hermans & family"

So what is the status of the Amiga trademark of computers? I can find Cloanto, which is live In the US and Hyperion on live in the UK and pretty much up for grabs in th rest of the World. So what does that mean for the use of the name?

And no one can answer these questions obviously, so nothing happens.
