Is it based on PC technology then? 
Without A-EON and Hyperion this is the sort of thing Amiga Inc would be trying to license / manufacture! Waste of money and time. Develop a Blade Runner console game (for current consoles) and be done with it.
That or they should have done a deal with SEGA. The Atari Dreambox!!  _________________
