No it doesn't. It can also be an Ipod Touch.
Which i am happy to report works with new PTP.

You are sure that is it is USB Mass storage mode?
When I attach my phone to my x1k, the phone will notify me which mode it's in, there are three maybe four choices
PTP MTP Mass Storage or charge only if you count that last as a choice.
If Mass Storage is seleted there is a second stage where you must switch it on (an organge android that will turn green when activated) you may get a warning at this point if any apps are using the SD card, that those apps wil be suspended.
Sometimes after use you need to reset the SD Card as default storage.
The folllowup question is ofcourse can you access the SD card from another OS?

| Hi,
I'm still experiencing a problem with the "Time Prefs' settings for 'Daylight Savings Time' (DST).
Here in the United States (for most states that implement it), Daylight Savings Time begins at 2:00am on the 2nd Sunday in March and ends on the 1st Sunday in November.
When I input those days and times into the appropriate fields, I get the following incorrect results:
Begin Input -> Second Sunday March 02:00:00 AM Result -> DST will begin on Sunday February 11, 2018 2:00 AM Note: Month is incorrect
End Input -> First Sunday November 02:00:00 AM Result -> DST will end on October 1, 2017 3:00 AM) (Note: Month Date and Time are all incorrect

| Hi
Can the Clock in digital mode be set to AM/PM rather than 24 hour?
Thanks

Don't use it, let OS4 sort the DST changes out - it's built-in to the OS. Just make sure the option is still enabled in Timezone Prefs.
