Is this you with Kiki Stockhammer, ex-Newtek presenter? You mix in interesting circles don't you?
What's on the CDs?

Yes, I was there with Kiki at William Shatner's Hollywood Charity Horseshow. Quote:
Actually, as I understand, she still works on-call from Newtek. She was there with a videocamera crew representing Newtek. Quote:
That may have been my video footage of recent Warp 11 concerts that I was giving to her (Warp 11 being Karl Miller, Kiki, Brian Moore, and John Merlino).

| Yes, it is very heavy. :)
Thanks for posting that photo of Bill Shatner with the PET. People forget he advertised the PET and think of him only advertising the VIC-20.

That's why she got to sell / demonstrate Video Toasters! She wasn't part of the Commodore Amiga faithful, it just fulfilled Newtek's requirements at the time. Newtek saw the Amiga's potential more than C= did but C='s bank balance depended on the Amiga whereas NewTek always had other options!
... although she did attend the Amiga's 30th anniversary along with Jeri Ellsworth and a guy I'm not familiar with (could be Tim Jenison founder of Newtek?)!

On the contrary, since she is included in the Video Toaster software as "Kiki wipes" and was the face on many printed advertisements/screencaps, I include her as part of the Commodore Amiga faithful. Quote:

With the demise of CBM, NewTek was hit pretty hard since the Video Toaster was their bread-and-butter. Those other "options" (if you mean hardware like the TriCaster) did not come until later. Quote:

Yes, that is Tim.

The ST was running at 8Mhz not 16. Saying the Amiga was 7.15 does not make the ST a lot faster CPU wise. The Amiga was made by Hi-Toro then renamed Amiga Inc this doesn't really make a switch from the 8bit to the 16 but I understand what he means. If Leonard says that the history is wrong like the Bagnall book he should write one. How about the true story of Commodore as a title? Kamelito |

| Due to hardware failure (which has now been repaired, thanks in part to AmigaKit), this last video from CommVEx 2017 was not edited and uploaded until now! The video is
Brewster and Commodore/Amiga emulation https://youtu.be/5awTcWBv0mc
I spoke to Matt Brewster about the lateness of this, and he understood, smiling.

Yes. Just 10 days to go.
Did I understand correctly that Matt will bring his "Amiga" Pi-top" at CommVEx 2018?
