Back in school I did my homework on an Amiga 1200 and printed it out on a KX-P2123 (with the colour option installed). Friend had a Swift 240c but I hailed my Panasonic the best because it was a real boat anchor and for me printed brilliantly.
Fast forward to today and in all the buying and selling over the decades I find my Amiga printer to be the Citizen Swift 240c.
The swift might be slightly slower (this is from a twenty years memory) but it seems more user-friendly with its LCD display instead of the matrix of lights on the Panasonic.
What printer was the best? I think the Citizen was better marketed at the Amiga community but both were Colour 24 pin dot matrix printers which used Epson Q emulation.
Edit: Damn I missed out Pancakes. Last edited by A1200 on 12-Aug-2017 at 03:02 PM.
