AmiStore login window has a question mark button beside the password field.
After entered the email address, a window popped up that tells me:

AMISphere password successfully changed
An email confirmation has been sent to:

...

So the password is changed, (no more login) but no email is coming.

Is the email sending works by manually and worth some more waiting?

Hi

If you have a Hotmail/Outlook/Live email address then the Safe Senders List needs a-eon.biz and a-eon.com added to it to stop the email being deleted before it arrives in your mail box.

Thanks for the reply. It is a freemail.hu account and AFAIK it has not use any "safety" features.

The email has not been arrived yet.

@amigakit

On September 1:st I recieved a new temporary password and got the recommendation to change it to a new password as soon as possible.

I changed the password and then I couldn't login anymore, probably some forbidden characters in my new password...
What about a script that refuse to let you register a password with forbidden characters?

Then I requested a new password and haven't got any reply ever since.
Both A-Eons mailadresses are in my contactlist so that is not a problem, checked the spamfolder daily.

I have contacted A-Eon by e-mail, I have sent a P.M. to Amigakit here on Amigaworld.net, but no answear what so ever...

I can't download/update software I have paid for...

Fix this now please!

@Lazi

I have similar problems here.I entered my data on the AmiSphere website but the e.mail didn't ever came out.

And when I try to enter my log-in data on the AmiStore Workbench shop it doesn't allow me to do.

So what I am doing wrong? Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance.

@amigakit

Just a notice about this. I had the same problem same time ago, but in the end I found my old password. I happen to use my company email address and we use spam filter / virus removal service form local company D-Fence. I noticed that your password reset message gets blocked by them. I then added your domain to the safe list and tried again, but did not work. Then I asked D-Fence to check what is wrong and they replied that some standard in configuration is not correct in the senders end and that is why they cannot let it through.

Here is some help they provided for the configuration:
https://www.d-fence.fi/howtosetaddress

What they thought is the real problem was "450.4.7.1. try again later " error.
But they said that best would be to check out the exact error that the sender receives from them.
Info to correct that 450 in the senders end is here:
https://www.d-fence.fi/450tryagainlater

I just dit not have the time then to send you this information, but here it is now. This might help with other spam filters also.

And you are not the only one, we have the same problem with at least TomTom navigators

Hope this helps some others also.
