AMIstore: files not found on server

| Hello,
I have bought poster collection from AMIstore. Whatever I do trying download it, I got message saying:
"Download Error: the product files have not been found on the server. An error report has been sent to the system administrator for investigation.".
I also wrote to A-EON using AMIsphere web site but until now no reply. Is there any chance to get these posters, maybe try to contact someone else? Someone had similar situation?

Unfortunately, things are on AmisStore since eons and are still not avaibalble (and some will never be like DvPlayer) or some can be bought but not donwloaded (as for the posters collection or the video collection, the latest being free).
For example, I bought MPlayer when AmiStore was launched. I have paid for this one but it was never released (and it is still in my paid list) and it will never be released (Emotion is here now and Mplayer's license makes it hard to be sold).
I think (again) that AmiStore should be tidied up, there are already many softwares available and one could get rid of those that are T.B.A since many years now.

I agree the Amistore could do with tidying up of items that have been TBA for a long while now especially as we have not heard any concrete updates to items such as DvPlayer.
