@Tuxedo

I think it be good idea to learn to post bug report, if the point is that some is going to look at problem, and "stack trace" part of Grim Ripper can be essential to find and fix the problem.

Don't ignore it, it's never recoverable, the DSI pop up every time the OS finds out the program does something bad.

Attempt to check Yahoo mail via Yam and pop3 resulted in the following warning to my alternate email account.

Okay yes I've seen that recently. I had one set up as POP3 and the other redirected. So it musn't like YAM anymore. I don't know why. I upgraded SSL and YAM so TLS worked. Be easy enough if it logs the app and you can select that for an exception.

@NutsAboutAmiga

my was generale toughts and questions not bugreports.

@thread

I changed the 2 512mb dimms with one 1gb dimm and now seems that all was ok(no weird crashes or so) also if 12v psu parameters seems a bit weird:

+5v was 5.1
5vsb was 5.1
+12v1 was 11.7
+12v2 was 11.8
-12v was 11.9
+3.3v was 3.3
pg was 310ms

mixing the 1gb with one of the 512 will not start peg2(also with a new psu)
also connecting the psu tester to the connectors leaving hdd and DVDs connected to the psu was weird since the tester wont start, it only start if I disconnect the HDD and DVDs cables and obtained the parameters written above.

So for the moment all seems ok also if cant do much test because I'm sick and away from home these days...

So there is a new version of Odyssey with MorphOS 3.10

Is this version 1.26 or 1.25 to match the existing Aros version.

Hopefully this too will be ported to Amiga OS4 😀

No. Fabien declared some time ago he is rewritting all the Javascript Engine Code in order to make OWB more robust and in order to avoid Memory Consuming Bug that afflicted previous version of Javascript deriving from Intel low endian code.

I wonder if he added also some sort of virtual memory file in order to open more and more websites tabs than usual OWB.

@Raffaele

well if the update is to the Javascript code then I guess this is welcome news regardless of the version, and if it helps to speed up the browsing experience as a result which I am guessing is the goal of this, then this is welcome news

Either way I will look forward to trying this out on MorphOS when 3.10 is released for the X5000

@outrun1978

I launch a plea to whoever had tried new version 3.10 into exhibits, if they can run OWB and check if the bug has been really resolved. Thanks.
