@remotenemesis

Welcome back! As the lead organizer of the 30th event in MTV you owe me a beer for sneaking in!

Also hope you can make the trip to Sac in October for AmiWest.

Cheers,
Bill "tekmage" Borsari

Hah! That I do @tekmage

I'm itching to get to AmiWest! I'm hoping it doesn't clash with Big Bad Con, an East Bay tabletop RPG con but I'll make something work.

@remotenemesis

Greetings from another X5000 owner and welcome back. I am pretty sure Aaron at Amiga on the Lake will be able to help you out with those long loving stares at this lovely machine.....

Does anyone happen to know any of the admins at aros-exec.org? I've signed up for an account a couple of weeks ago but still need to be approved.

I've compiled AROS and now I have... questions!

@remotenemesis

Cheers. You mean it's been so long that you compiled AROS since you signed up? Wow.

@Hypex

Hah, it wasn't so bad.

I have a couple of simple hello worlds running on a nightly build. I have an itch to build a simple Mastodon client to learn more about the API.

i will probably be of little assistance, but if you have such questions, its best to register and join aros developer mailing list:

https://www.hepe.com/mailman/listinfo/aros-dev/

that should be easier and maybe quicker, we have had people joining lately.

@wawa thanks for the help. I've registered the same username there as I used here: "remotenemesis". I'll join the AROS dev list too.

Nice. That Mastodon sounnds like it would trample over all the other clients. Being a simple minded client and all.
