Is aca1232 compatible with mediator tx not black version. If I plug mediator in A1200 will not post. Any ideas

It should be.Try setting the Config jumper on the board to closed or open the jumper if it is closed.

Tried jumper on ACA card disabled and enabled just get black screen and green flashing light on front of tower.

Big thanks config jumper closed sorted it. Will try to configure radeon card next later in the week. Amiga community is the best thanks again I was close to giving up.

You asked for the best stack, not the configuration.
The Amigakit software is more a 'software suite' and based on AmiTCP. That is good software too.


That said, Roadshow has an ordinary Amiga installer, I use it for PCMCIA wifi WPA2 on my A1200. I only had to insert the WPA2 key manually. Device configuration goes by the installer.

Roadshow works well and it is fast. The price is fair, about $30 US (digital Download version).

Thats it im done with mediator. Run MMC software and it says it cant see mediator change config jumper I have tried it both on and off and it makes no difference. It Will all be all going on ebay in the next few days not getting any enjoyment out of it now its just winding me up. Will put money towards A1222 if it ever comes out.

Cant see my Radeon card I have had it work once A while back so I know the gfx card is good. When running MMC software it tells me it cant see the mediator change config Jumper. Have played with the jumper and now it wont post just black screen. Its just driving me nuts. That's why I have decided to sell it and put the money towards a Vampire stand alone or A1222 what ever comes first.

My Mediator system runs well, for years actually. Perhaps I am fortunate? Regardless, it is the best expansion option for the Amiga 1200, in my opinion.
