| Now if rachy will finish soon PPC-JIT and integrate it to the very latest e-uae (or even to p-uae), all the old stuff can be emulated in most cases a lot faster, and even HW with less than 1ghz will enough.

| I'm happy to hear this, but this begs the question:
Is Update4 another one of those "fresh Install" in a "new partition" update?
Or can it be installed on top of OS4.1U3?

Thanks, glad to hear it. I had all sorts of trouble with my Update 3 install and it was a clean install. Meaning that I started off with a new partition and installed 4.1, U1, U2, and U3 all in order many times over because none of the installs started the USB.
For some strange reason the boot up was using files from a older partition. I even removed all the hard drives and installed a new empty hard drive and still it didn't work. I had to stop using my SATA drives and return to PATA before I had any success. Don't ask me to explain. It pains my brain now just thinking about it. I am not even sure how I managed to get it to work.

The install will show you where it will add/update files, should be sys:, just make sure you boot from the partition you want to update first & it should work fine. It is an update for ud3, not a clean install.
