Events   Events : Organizing a Los Angeles area showing of AmigaONE running OS4.0
posted by DC on 26-Nov-2003 17:49:24 (1855 reads)
I'd like to organize this with others in the area. I own just the A1 G3 motherboard (won raffle at AmiWest 2003) and of course classic Amiga hw/sw. I'm waiting for OS4.0 to be released before I put it together.

I'd like to get a headcount and I need help if this demonstration is to happen. Those who are interested (including Amiga Inc, Hyperion & Eyetech) in helping me do this and/or want to attend, please contact me.

Thanks,

-DC-

Ok, I've now received two responses from people who want to attend. Great! Need more! And people who will actually contribute/donate/lend.

That means YOU Amiga companies!

p.s. Marky D and all others please send me emails in addition to posting.

Perhaps the AmigaWorld moderators could put this in the events box? Maybe throw in a "TBA" for the date?

Thanks,

Well, it has been well over a year and only one response. So I'll ask again . . . now that I actually have my AmigaONE up and running . . . is anybody interested in attending a Los Angeles showing of an AmigaONE running OS4?

Peace,

-DC-
