@moderator:
Do not go seaking witches, it sells Amiga Hardware (classic and new gen), it sells Amiga Software so... it's an Amiga Dealer.

I was about to say that, then I realised the press release included the word "AmigaONE", but AFAIK Magnetic don't sell them. Although possibly the moderation could have been a bit more subtle?

Actually guys the original headline had the words AmigaOne in the headline (which was edited down)

That they sell parts that will run on an AmigaOne is not beyond qustion, what we wished to avoid was misleading our members into thinking they were an AmigaOne Dealer, when in actual fact, they are a Pegasos dealer with a classic Amiga background.

The original headline read (something like)...
Amiga Dealer Sale: Specials for AmigaOne and Classic!

I think we took a very moderate view.

@Mickey_C
Ok, you have a point... but as long as they *do* sell AmigaOnes, they don't?

???? Doesn't make sense

No, they don't sell AmigaOne's

They may sell generic components such as Gfx cards etc. But then, so do most computer stores.

We never claimed to sell Amiga Ones at any time. We do SUPPORT Amiga ones and can consult/build them. We were officialy liscenced to Amiga Tech for a few years and have been doing Classic Amiga sales,support, and repair over 10 years!

Also Mikey C I dont think you can find LVD UWSCSI cards "at the store" for that low price - or the graphics cards for that matter..

thanks for posting the news item

I hate what the Amiga market has become, if this kind of attitude continues, then there is no hope.
