Events   Events : AmiGBG news: Showcase, AmiGBG Awards and more!
posted by shoe on 29-Mar-2004 21:34:07 (1933 reads)
Hi it's me again,

I would like to point out some news regarding AmiGBG 2004. (Have we heard this before?)

AmiGBG Showcase
This is our attempt of putting the missing pieces together. Here we will give developers who do not have the opportunity to attend the fair the chance to show off their products.
Currentlly we have GoldED, FxPaint, Hollywood and Audio Evolution, but the list is growing by the minute!

Seminar Schedule
We have finally got the schedule up, take a look!

AmiGBG Anthem
The electronic band 2XM from Gothenburg, Sweden provide the official song for AmiGBG 2004; "AmiGBG 2004 Anthem" which will be played during the opening ceremony.

AmiGBG Awards
We will hand out one local and one foregin award at AmiGBG 2004. This is our way of saying thanks to those who have done so much for the Amiga community during the last difficult years.

I must say that i am really impressed by AmiGBG and the people organising it. Seems to be a really professional organisation by people who really care about the Amiga and who are very enthousiastic about what they do.

Sadly, Sweden is a bit far for me but i really do hope that it turns out to be a big succes!
