I have updated my guide for WinUAE. New demonstration videos have been added, links and information have been updated and some new information about a new AIAB alternative called AmigaSYS has been included.

How do you guys like my demonstration videos? They were mainly added to demonstrate how advanced and seamless Amiga 3.x emulation is today. Hopefully there will be a good package like Amiga Forever available for AmigaOS4 UAE as well.

Happy downloading and reading! Any crucial information or links I missed? Feedback will be greatly appreciated!

I'll be checking it out (leaving work now) soon.
even though I've had WinUAE for over a year, I can always learn something new.

thanks!

@MikeB

Great report - very helpful and interesting.

There are a couple of typos/grammatical errors, which detract slightly (although not important) - I can't remember off hand, but I'll try to spend some time tonight finding them for you...

Something that would be really useful may be some hints'n'tips on how best to tweak the emulation; perhaps a list of the settings for each of the Amiga models? This may be covered on other websites, but I feel that it would be useful to draw it all together into one guide...

I noticed and I already corrected a few this morning, but please let me know of any other mistakes.

A French translated version is now planned for a French Amiga magazine.

I have also submitted this news to OSNews.
