Anyone here done shopping on Elbox's online shop? A friend of mine is interested to buy Mediator directly from them, but needs some reassurance.

I have bought my Elbox hardware (Mediator SX, Cocolino, Spider etc) through my local Amiga dealer so I have no first hand experience. So please, tell me about yours

I live in Australia. Within two weeks I had my product (Mediator 4000Di) at my door, plus there was a follow up email! Your friend definitely shouldn't have a problem, at least not willingly. They are very trustworthy.
