Software News   Software News : New AmiATLAS still in development; 68k patch available
   posted by AndreasM on 10-Feb-2005 14:03:06 (3054 reads)
The new release of AmiATLAS especially for OS4 PPC is still work in progress. It is a completely new program with many new features so this needs some more time for development! The new database engine brings tons of new and useful informations for travelling. WATCH OUT!

In the meantime a new patch of the 68k version of AmiATLAS is available on request for registered users. It brings more stability within OS4 and MOS in their latest releases.

Do you plan to release a demo/trial of the OS4 version?
Thanks for supporting OS4!

Is AmiATLAS only for europeans. After reading the site's informations,
I don't see any mention of North American maps.

@AmigaCycle

Look here!
It's their forum and it seems there are US/Canadian maps "planned",
but no release date yet

Thanks for the info Raziel. I guess I'll wait
for the Canada Maps to come out.

Yeah, I'll be buying it too.

Is the map editable ? I mean. I'm in the haulage industry, it would be kewl if I can add a customer to a road/place and if I click on it it opens a database with customer info.

Also being able to edit in low bridges on routes and recolour alternative routes around the low bridge/weight limits would be ace.

I suspect I'm asking for too much though !!
