Whoa, might as well try the split package I guess. It wouldn't cap a typical modem's bandwidth, now.

Also don't forget about :
- code profiling support for both clib2 and newlib (see gprof)
- new -mcrt option for selecting your favourite C library flavour
- based on latest GCC 3.4.4 tool set
- fixed GNU make with Un*x path support
- latest clib2 improvements (e.g. thread safe, library call safe)
- modern C++ support so you can compile anything in C++ including libs like Boost and Loki
and much more..

Code on.

God damnit, that was awful timing.

I just got my AmigaOne to work again and need to download the last OS update. Couldn't figure out why I had trouble reaching Hyperions website, since it worked when I downloaded the Freespace update yesterday evening.

Working on AutodocViewer 1.0
Just a few things to add. It has been on hold for a while, but I just got started again last week...

I know about my website. Finished my studies last summer, and my university finally deleted my accounts. Haven't gotten around to move it to a new location yet...

Oh, the hyperion homepage is completely gone now. Guess I will have to wait a bit longer.

Even better. You have a friendly community with many experienced developers around to answer your questions. Just go to http://amigadev.amigaworld.net and http://utilitybase.com and start interacting. There is even an IRC channel setup #amigadev just for this sort of thing. For the really tough questions you even have access to the actual OS4 designers themselves via the forums.

Sure there are no good tutorials but to be honest, they don't get you very far anyway. The real support comes from the community of developers. But you have to ask...

We hear a lot of complaints about lack of docs, etc. yet we see very little interacting in the various developer forums and channels. There are a few people like afxgroup and jahc that are putting a little effort in and asking the 'dumb' questions and look what they're accomplishing.

Uh oh, you go from 'I love WookieChat' to 'he's asking dumb questions,' wait till Jahc seems that!

@Hyperion
glad to see it, gprof can be quite useful.

Hrm, now to figure out how to integrate it with GoldEd..
