Internet News   Internet News : Amiga Games That Weren't launched
posted by Duke on 31-Oct-2005 12:31:00 (2772 reads)
Amiga Games That Weren't is a website dedicated to lost Amiga games, that were for some reason not released. Their first case is Son Shu Shi, a platform game similiar to Super Wonderboy. The complete game is now available, thanks to the help from a friend of the original programmers, the Software Preservation Society (Disk mastering), Codetapper (WHDLoad install) and Adrian Simpson (investigation).

@ Teddy,

How about NHL and Mutant Heague Hockey?

I've heard that Ocean started to convert them around the same time they released a couple of other EA games.

The Retro Gamer magazine had a column with the very same name...

Although that was a multi-format magazine, issues 15 and 16 featured a couple of games that should have been relesed on the Amiga as well, including Flood 2, Duffy Duck and Universal Monsters (this last one looks impressive).

Too right. I intend to e-mail these guys with some nominations, and that will be one of them.
