The 68k version of AmiSSL v3 has been released. It can be downloaded from the AmiSSL homepage.

Note that this is the 68k version which shouldn't be installed on OS4. The OS4 version is included in Update 4.

AmiSSL, as MiamiSSL isn't developed anymore and based on pretty old SSL.

Ok. I did some test though and i have found that MiamiSSL is significantly faster in accessing secure sites like paypal. So, i think that i will continue with it and use AmiSSL only when i have to.

The speed difference most likely depends on the strength of the ciphers used, ie. you are likely accessing the site using a much stronger encryption with AmiSSL.

If you tested with AWeb then you were using amissl v 1.1 as we haven't
finished tweaking the amisll 3 support yet.
