Events   Events : The Scunthorpe Amiga Group is Proud to Announce AmiRevival 2006!
posted by Ryu on 29-Mar-2006 0:45:04 (2500 reads)

Finally, we are happy to announce the Scunthorpe Amiga Group show of 2006, named AmiRevival. The show will take place on Saturday the 29th of July 2006 at the Kingsway Centre in Scunthorpe, UK.

A complete website will be going online soon, but rest assured we plan to vastly improve upon last year's show. It's time to crank it into turbo!

Watch out for updates on our website: www.AmiRevival.com

Anyone who can't wait for the full website to go live but would like to help out in any way whatsoever please contact us: contact@amirevival.com

I find it a good name, to the point and hopefull.
Time to inject some new interesting things.

Much better then all these pessimist-treads lately
here on amigaworld, but i must say that it is on
the better hand now.

I hope there will be other clubs/users with some
alike fresh idea's and interesting new amiga-ways.

Except the boing ball is missing - but it's a fine logo, and a good idea.

Thanks for the kind comments guys. But I cant take all the credit for the logo (infact only a small bit of the credit). One of our members, Mark Benson did the logo for us.

The comprehensive website is being worked on as I type this, and we hope to have it online within the next 2 weeks.

Could not that "rising sun" be a "rising Boing Ball"?

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
