Nice, I've been meaning to try this, but didn't have a 68k machine or Pegasos to try it on. Downloading now.

Hans

Only one comment on this? I thought this was quite exciting news, have been a fan of scalos for 3.x for a while now..

Wow! Scalos must have been really ahead of it's time. According to the bottom of the page it was last updated on 1st January 1970!

Seriously though, this is excellent news!

Kind regards,

Francis.

The 68k version runs under OS4, though. Needs a "newer" installer (the OS3.9 one). I'll check the native OS4 version. The last 68k version ran a little be strange here.

Could be very good, since DOpus5 doesn't run on OS4 (yet)

Now all I need is OS4 for BlizzardPPC cards or an AmigaOne to try it on. As I used to love ScalOS for 68k and still use it under winUAE this is good news for the future then I can run it under OS4.

Any chance of port to the OS in my sig?

AROS needs it more than the other two...

Tried it, nice work, scalos has some nice features,

I like the way it can show images as icons in the directory windows.

When I tried copy files using scalos it crashed / froze AmigaOS4 and only a cold reboot made it work again.

When looked at the archive I found that it did contain different sized files of the GUIGFX library and the render library, so I removed this from the archive and replaced this whit the ones that are working for me now.
