Software News   Software News : AVD Suite begins to take shape
posted by JamieKrueger on 18-Apr-2006 9:56:28 (3385 reads)

A new update to the AVD Suite (v0.1.0.91) has just been posted on the
BITbyBIT Software Group LLC website. This version is the first look at
various AVD components built as an integrated set of tools, using real-time
interprocess communication to share functions and seamlessly work
together as a whole.

The current snapshot build can be downloaded by all active members of the
FDSP plan or if you have otherwise already purchased AVD at the "in-development"
rate.

Some new screenshots of this build have also been published for everyone to
have a closer look at how things are shaping up. You can find them in the AVD
section here:

This looks like a big leap forward from the last snapshot. Can't wait to try it.

This looks like such a fantastic piece of kit. Wish I was down with the programming side of things. Still, thanks for the continued support for our developers.

Users don't forget the donation button on Jamie his
site, and to the devs i can only say get that suite and
start programming for us so that we can buy your
softwares.

Some good progress is being made.

Looks like my monthly contributions are being invested wisely.

Now if only I had some hardware to purchase...

Cheers Jamie!

Way to go Jamie. Got your email also. Headed over to snatch it soon.

Here is something strange. I can log into your site using IBrowse on my AmigaOne, but when I use Firefox on my Gates Crate my user name and password is rejected. No big deal though, as I am usually always on my AmigaOne.

Again, for your hard work.

I'd be willing to buy this package, but first they have to get the Debugger GUI up & running, which is the only part of the package that I really want or need.

Not been around on the Amiga scene much lately due to work and other projects.... so bit late with reading this.

Fantastic work Jamie - it's been great to see all your hard work shaping up over time, and I can't wait to see the full suite when it's released. If only more projects took this incremental approach.

All the best!
