| Very interesing indeed. And very positive news: the number of uploads is rising again!
Anyway, there seems to be a bug: the statistics for November 2006 and the total statistics are identical. |

Maybe people didn't like them after downloading so they returned them causing the counter to go down. |

The download statistics was started during November unfortunately so that's why it's identicl to the total.

It adds to 1 here, which files? Sure the package page is not cached?

I meant that it should count when downloading it, not that it should sow all previous failed downloads. So try downloading it again and check that the counter rises
