Developer Tomasz 'Error' Wiszkowski released today Fryingpan 1.1 for AOS3,AOS4,MOS and AROS amiga systems. Many bugs has been fixed and some feature requests done. Follow this link for info, registration, download etc. Keep in mind that paypal now also works in Poland in both ways (pay/receive).

- [Feature Request] Eject after write option
- [Feature Request] Write speed selection
- [Feature Request] add 'Blank Before Write' checkbox to write page
- [Feature Request] "Tool" button that will allow run operations quickly
- [GUI] FP freezes when a lot of files are added and displays bad drive information
- [Behaviour] ISO builder is very slow
- [Behaviour] Add sii####ide.device to list of harmless devices
- [Behaviour] Fryingpan crashes upon close, when started from an icon
- [Behaviour] Files in iso builder are not sorted
- [Behaviour] ASL requesters show weird chars in path when native characters were used previously
- [Behaviour] Crash, when no file is selected to add to data/audio tracks and user presses OK
- [Engine] Engine has problems detecting profile of older drives
- [Behaviour] Program is unable to stop download when file writing fails.
- [Feature Request] measure time req'd to complete erase/format operation, report it as ETA
- [GUI] the disc usage bar does not show calculated disc usage
- [GUI] Drag'n'Drop to Data/Audio tracks does not work
- [Behaviour] FryingPan does not remember Disc Name and System ID for next session
- [GUI] Layout size reported improperly
- [GUI] Iconified FryingPan shows default icon labelled as "unnamed"
- [Behaviour] FryingPan keeps lock on displayed images after exit
- [Behaviour] When FP is unable to open UI module, it crashes
- [Behaviour] a1ide.device is reported as unknown / potentially harmful
- [GUI] Enforcer hits after selecting dos device
- [GUI] length of large tracks (>4GB) is displayed improperly (truncated)

Well done Tomasz! adding a 2gig partition to my project happens in 1-3 seconds now, instead of around 20. I wonder how he sped it up so drastically?! good stuff anyway! He's done very well with this software.

Theres one bug that prevents me from writing a disc with files from my programming hard drive partition. It works under 0.41, but not 1.0a or 1.1. Thats the only flaw I've found so far. I've sent Tomasz a list of my programming partition files, thinking he might be able to detect the filename thats causing the hiccups.

@Jahc, i hope he finds and nails your bug. The less the better.
I love what happens when you press on the drive progress button. Good for people that has low resolution screens or just have too much opened windows on workbench. It crops the gui to show only the progress bar ;)
