Announcement   Announcement : The new RELEC showcase is open!
   posted by Jedi on 23-Feb-2009 11:46:02 (2392 reads)
After several months of work, your distributor of Amiga Software & Hardware RELEC is pleased to announce the opening of its new web showcase, always at the same address: http://www.relec.ch

His webdesigner / webmaster in Chief, Thierry 'Tcherno' Rey, has worked entirely by recasting the old historical website, both in appearance and technically, to give this new modern aspect much more functional (nb: incompatibilities can appear with the Amiga 'classic' browsers).

The historical website is still accessible with the old informations, and all products and services are not yet in place but will come gradually. An English version will also be available soon (probably a German version). In the meantime, all your opinions and comments will be appreciated.

New website: http://www.relec.ch
Old website: http://www.relec.ch/index_old.html

If you're trying to sell to Amiga owners, shouldn't your website work in Amiga web browsers?!?

I haven't done anything other than browse on that site but it seems ok with Ibrowse.

@ChrisH,

It works well here with OWBe.

With Ibrowse, it works but CSS layout is of course bad...

Hi all

Yes, the RELEC website works well with Amiga browsers, like OWB

The problem with browsers like IBrowse or AWeb is that the Web technologies evolve much faster... :-/

Kind Regards,
Sébastien 'Jedi' Jeudy.

The site looks great... but please... "Parle Vous English"
If you want to reach a wider audience, translate it to english aswell.
