That A1-X1000 case sure do look mighty sexy.

Looks like a Fractal Design Define R2 with a custom door. Good case.

That's quite a puzzle. Most of the faces I don't recognize. Can someone tell me what the Terminator's (no. 28) association with the Amiga is?

As far as my memory serves me, special effects in Terminator 2: The Judgment Day were made in Lightwave on several Amiga 4000s. The actual rendering was done on Silicon Graphics work stations.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

edit: some typos

Wasn't T2 modelled on Amiga 4000's, and then rendered out on a render far?

Ah. Teddy beat me, and with better info. WD Teddy.

Could be something to do with this?

From the "Big Book of Amiga Hardware"

"An Amiga with a Video Toaster was capable of producing effects comparable to dedicated systems costing many times as much. The Video Toaster in conjunction with Lightwave helped produce many TV programs and films including Babylon 5, Seaquest DSV and Terminator II."

Oppps far to slow!

Case looks slick Trev! I don't stand a chance in this comp. Too many faces, too many Amiga geeks.

PM me all the answers so that if I win that x1000 thing, and I'll give you my A4000 tower (+ a repaired A4000 desktop, + a new battery for clock, + other things...) for free, including p&p * .

(Note: if you take this seriously, you will have to wait until I can migrate to the new system - let's say 2 weeks - but I'll honor any serious and successful offer (first one, first winner ) .)

Right, so far I identified around 30 faces (without starting really indepth research), plus a few I'm not quite sure about.

I'm also wondering, is there a special prize for correctly identifying which of the Friedens is which?

Anyway, this is supposed to be a community effort, so should we create a separate thread for collecting name/number pairs as we identify them?

Well done, BTW, this is going to be quite a challenge.

Best regards,

Niels

This is too difficult for me. Even if you gave me a list of the 110 names, I couldn't correctly match them to the faces in the picture. So I'll have to leave it to the rest of you to go for it. Good luck everybody!

So far I got seven people recognised. I am not good in remembering faces in collocation with their names. Though, I know who is 110, 9, 73, 28, 65, 79 and 88. There rest is more than mystery.

But I found 30 images concerning part two ;)

Seems like A-Eon should switch from producing computers to producing puzzles. They deliver fast and deliver quality products with complete specifications.
