I dont want to sound too negative. But Vesalia I have biiig doubts about, same as with DCE. Same mafia alike shops. Maybe Vesalia have changed now, but damn... the times with CyberstormPPC and BlizzardPPC and Vesalia + DCE blaming each other for everything I cannot forget :)

Also this boxed case was used for promoting Pegasos II also back in the days. Now its called AresONE... Bleeh. Why not call it for:

ARES CAT SYSTEM etc maybe?

Why i call it AresOne is: it's just the first, numero UNO, there will be a much different Hardware and this will be called Ares 2 that's all. And personally i have no problem with Vesalia, i was customer since 1997. No problem so far. They help me to manage orders and shipment. And we are using proven quality ; ) A return in this case is no problem. Sure i read sometimes negative postings but this are things which can be solved via phone in seconds. I had trouble with Amazon too, the more you order, the bigger the chance to get a delay or other troubles. It's normal.

One side note: Vesalia has nothing to do with HW or Software design....
That's my part. They help me to save time, i couldn't manage all orders alone in the past.

No problems with Vesalia here, they always had good service back in the days when I bought classic stuff from them.

The name AresOne is just a cheap imitation, it's really stupid not to find your own name IMO. I simply refuse to believe you choose it just because it's the first Ares computer.

Well maybe "Ares I" is better : D Call it "the One" and ARES is the company.
But names aren't much important for me. It's a good, not expensive system and that is enough. There will come more hardware soon, with no numbers. I thought about to change the name this time but didn't. Do you dislike the name X One- thousand too? (just kidding).

I agree with you that adding "One" to a well known name is somewhat pathetic. And we all know how popular was Ares in the good ole' days...

AresOne is ok to me it isn't like "ONE" is patented or anything, or am I wrong ?
Why not keep looking harder to find something to complain about.

But despite the name (which phenixconsole already stated was not his priority) he is doing a great job and put alot of time into hardware and also software support for aros. Kepp it up!

If Amiga One was chosen by the same kind of logic, can we just say it was stupid to start from? What I do find stupid is a computer named as Amiga ONE X1000, but sometimes people are bound to stupid conditions outside of their own will...
