What would be the advantage of using this instead of GCC?

Its good to see the site backup as Cubic IDE is a very nice package and was one of the first software purchases I make for my new sam440ep when I first got it.

So far I have only used it to create some html page's for my boat website and a little basic php programming, but the syntax highlighting works very well and I would love to get back into application programming on my Amiga.

Next time I have some free cash I intend to purchase Hollywood4 and use this addon http://hw4cubic.amiga-resistance.info/ to use CubicIDE to work from.

Is this available for OS 4 ? Looking at the site the description is just for Amiga OS 3 and Morph OS.

@Sargiel

It works perfect with AmigaOS4.1. The only draw back is the fact that it needs some fiddeling to work with the newer OS4.1-SDKs.
