Events   Events : Next SCCAN meeting - this Saturday, May 12
posted by RobertB on 9-May-2012 9:42:47 (436 reads)
Happy Mother's Day from SCCAN!

The next meeting of the Southern California Commodore & Amiga Network is this Saturday, May 12, from 2 to 4+ p.m. at

Panera Bread Restaurant
19662 Nordhoff St. (exit from I-405)
Northridge, CA 91324-2421
(818) 407-9400

I'm bringing the classic PET 8296-D computer for you to try out. Once again, the PAL Amiga CD32 will appear with a box of dozens and dozens of CD32 discs. For your C64 needs, the SX-64 will be there with a box of classic games, like Decathlon and Super Mario Bros (Giana Sisters).

I'll be reporting on my trip to last weekend's Vintage Computer Festival East 8.0 in New Jersey, and we'll see raw video footage of CBM engineer Bil Herd, C= enthusiast Rob Clarke, and the C= and Amiga exhibits at the show.

Be sure to bring your own hardware and/or software to show and tell!

Speaking for SCCAN,
Robert Bernardo
