Amigaworld.net News   Amigaworld.net News : ADOM crowd funding on indiegogo
posted by mrbean on 3-Jul-2012 11:51:00 (668 reads)
Yesterday Thomas Biskup started a crowd funding campaign to resurrect the development of ADOM (Ancient Domains of Mystery). ADOM is a roguelike-based game, consisting of ASCII characters instead of graphics.

If the campaign is successful, new Amiga releases will be available too.

Check out the campaign on indiegogo and the homepage.

As ADOM was one of my favorate games back when I first discovered Nethack and other text mode Roge clones I would like to see an update, but I dont think I would donate at this stage.

Still I wish them luck as ADOM is a very good game if a little dated
