Please have a look at our funding campaign:

INDIEGO! Funding campaign on INDIEGOGO.com

Should "hopefully" explain the idea : )

Click READ MORE for additional info:

Jason McMullan worked and is still working hard to enhance AROS m68k and the emulation side. Fabio Falcucci is proving again the flexibility of the Hollywood language.

We will keep you informed on the project page.
Help us to bring the Amiga spirit back to the living rooms.

The device will come for sure! So far we are/were in talk with Amiga dealers and PC-systemsellers. Today i should get two possible packaging design (if the UPS guy makes it through the "snow mud chaos")

First Beta devices can be shipped end of march in a fist comes first way.

Best of luck with the project, but I can help but feel it going to be difficult to raise the money on indie go go, there have been a few projects like this already ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ouya as a example) and so I think most people will only fund one type of project like this.

No problemo.
See it as mainly as preordering campaign and as way to check interest. It will come for sure, even if it doesn't reach the goal.

We need some days more to show it live and to make clear that it is someting special and useful.

If someone is able in doing some video editing/filming feel free to contact me. It doesn't matter where you come from, we can travel to you.

Oh I asked again via linkedIn to get the "amiga anywhere" or "amiga enabled" logos on it.. no response fo far. If someone likes please try to forward this idea to Amiga Inc.

Well it's not gonna happen....

I think many of us had thoughts about such thing since the old days (at least I had).
I've had far better creative discussions on Amiga/Commodore clubs about this topic than what I see here.
It must really be a smart concept, which shows power and is backed up by a powerful leader.

Who is going to sponsor you for 700K in such a niche market? I'm afraid nobody.

Good luck anyway...

I had a slight interest.... until I hit this.
Amiga Inc is going to have little/no interest in putting their logo on an AROS product.
As mentioned, you're going to have trouble getting support with OUYA already in high gear.
And for me, I'm not interested in something the current Amiga Inc might be involved in given their past performances.

I wish you luck and I think it's a worthy project, but maybe revisit your strategies for success.

Thanks anyway : )

We made and still make progress and Amistore and Vesalia and my store will sell the IndieGO!

In the meanwhile Jason updated AROS68k for CD32 compatibility and enhanced FS-UAE.

Fabio is working in the UI and it is comming nicely along. The os side is ready too, packing is in the last design procedure and at the end we will have a "elite community niche system" : )

I will try to get a better video done by someone who knows how to do it.. again if someone knows how to make a nice video please feel free to contact us. It would not be for nothing and the country where you come from is not relevant.

Best regards,
Pascal

PS: german gaming magazines have posted about it.. most readers say it is crap and would not come. Sure it comes. We just tried to get some money for some more "professional bang for the money"

"Why a DVDRW" if it is a console... because it is a AROS system too... "what is AROS?" arghhh!!! : p

I think as soon people can try it, they will like it.
