Not wanting to be the fly in peoples ointment, but is this another
thing that Amiga will abandon? Don't get me wrong, I have nothing
against Ainc but this will be thier, what, 3rd competition? You had
the first one, the Club Amiga logo (which we are still waiting on the
Tee's for) then there was the business card compo that dissapeared in
the last CAM, now this? Amiga, before starting yet another
competition, why don't you finsh the ones you already have running?

That said I do think the Community Exchange is a fun idea, let us hope
we get to see the best side of the community

Gemini

No. I am the one who implemented it and maintain it. The Community Exchange will be a long-standing service.

The business card competition, as unique an idea as it was, fizzled out because there was only one (I repeat ONE) person who submitted a business card. So, it appears that everyone saw it as a joke/jab instead of the fun competition is was intended to be. :)

Actually, I just didn't have any ideas.

I guess if we read back through the threads a bit we will know who submitted that one, as someone was wondering if their submission won. I guess in a way it did.

Oh Wait! Here it is..... The "winner" for the contest!

@hmetal

OK thats cool Please don't think I was having a go!

In regards to the business card, I sent about five in (so was I the
One? ). From what I recall there was another person on here who
also said they had sent some cards too. Ah well, I was just a bit
perplexed as I spent time making them and then there was nothing
mentioned about the compo, even a "sorry but due to lack of interest
we have cancel this compo").
