Events   Events : My pictures from Recursion 2014 now online
posted by nbache on 2-Mar-2014 0:50:40 (2534 reads)
My pictures from the Recursion 2014 CS Fair in Stratford-upon-Avon on February 15th are now online at http://nbache.dk/.
There's also a short report on the fair.

Sorry for the delay in getting these online, life got in the way as usual.
Enjoy!

Best regards,
Niels

I enjoyed the slides.
The open sequence reminds of the times I've spent across the "pond".
Good photo of the 3D printer at work.

Thanks.

Thanks Niels, some very decent pictures there, although number 11 is a bit disturbing!

Richard

Hi Niels,
Many thanks for the detailed report and posting the photos. It was really nice to have a chance to talk face-to-face to fellow Amiga enthusiasts such as yourself, and I'm pleased you had an enjoyable trip to old 'Blighty'.

All the best,
Nigel.

Oh, come on, Richard, you're coming across much nicer than I would have, if I had been in front of the camera instead of behind it .

(Why do you think I make a point of always taking pictures myself? )

Best regards,

Niels

@niels

I somehow doubt you could have got picture 27 in focus, it's probably the cameras built in self defence system protecting it from such a horrible sight or the blinding reflected light from the top of my head, the camera prefered the other guy (Steve Netting) but not by much.

I must admit that I was feeling that fuzzy at the time.

Btw the case is a Jean-tech phantom, I also have an Aqua version which is blue rather than red. I removed the front door from the phantom as it opened the wrong way for my home setup.

I like fold down MB in Nick's case.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Or maybe it was trying desperately to make your face look like your avatar . Anyway, I am still learning to use a new lens I got recently, which works a little differently with my camera, so I did get quite a few of those unfocused shots recently. It's starting to get better, though.

Thanks for the additional info, I'll update my captions with it when I get a moment.

Best regards,

Niels
