@ Ami603

They did go by air mail, but I don't think Concorde was involved

I expect most people in the UK will get their copies of issue 16 on Wednesday because they are posted second class (keeps the cost down and enables us to use two first-class stamps for the 56p postage). The airmail ones will probably start to come through a bit later in the week (I think Royal Mail say 4 days for Europe).

Hey Robert,

I'm really looking forward to it! I'm sure its a great issue. Just wanted to let you know that your work is really appreciated, so don't let those idiots on ANN get you down!

@xeron

Thanks for the support.

I don't take those kind of comments to heart but wouldn't want to leave serious accusations "hanging in the air" (after quite a few years of reading the Amiga newsgroups I normally just ignore trolls as commenting never helps IMHO). Most of the posts in the ANN thread have been supportive or genuinely interested which is good.

Robert

@ jahc... it takes about 1.5 weeks to get to me. If I only I had cash... I would commission Concorde to deliver it to me quicksmart .

It's DaveP's first C programming installment this time as well isn't it? Great stuff...

Usually it seems like ages in-between issues of Total Amiga, but it only seems like the other week I was reading the last one!

Unfortunately our postman, the lazy ba**ard, doesn't get here until after I've left for work, so now I'm going to have to go through the WHOLE day just knowing it's sitting on the mat at home waiting for me. Sucks eh?

As for the Concorde comments, I'm afraid you're too late - they're shutting the servive down for good Maybe we can make use of the AmigaInc Personal Jet one day for these crucial deliveries???

Brian
