As is clear from the documents Amiga Inc defaulted the case by not retaining legal counsel to represent themselves on it causing an automatic ruling in favour of Thendic. This means that the AmigaDE port has to be made to Pegasos.
Amiga Inc has 30 days from the ruling to appeal.
