OS4 native Sun/NeXT .au datatype, with source (v0.1)

It can be downloaded now from either OS4Depot or A500.org.

This Sun/NeXT .au datatype currently supports the following encodings:
- 8-bit u-law/A-law
- 8, 16, 24 & 32-bit linear (PCM)
- IEEE Float (32 & 64-bit)
