Bochs on OS4

Crumb just released a beta version of Bochs for OS4.
This x86 emulator is very slow but I feel it's important enough to be in a news item.

Bochs is capable of running most Operating Systems inside the emulation
including BeOS, Linux, DOS, Windows® 95/98 and Windows® NT/2000/XP.



Native CGX version is buggy and the P96 code lacks a
16/24bit to 8bit colour conversion so it's unfinished.
This is a WIP release more than a final release
