- added new amigapath and posixpath make functions to convert from one path style to the other

From README.AmigaOS:
Two additional make functions have been made available to convert
to and from POSIX-style paths.
$(amigapath from)
Performs a conversion from the supplied POSIX-style path to the returned AmigaOS-style path.
$(posixpath from)
Performs a conversion from the supplied AmigaOS-style path to the returned POSIX-style path.
