IDC: Solid First Quarter Does Little to Boost PC Market Outlook

According to the IDC PC sales will increase to 145,2 million this year, an increase of 6% and for 2004 10.3% growth is expected. SARS and limited economic improvement have however reduced the IDC's outlook for the second half of the year.
