AmigaOS4: xchm for AmiCygnix published

With "xchm" you can view files in CHM format. This format was initially developed
for Microsoft Windows. Many documentations in this format are available in the
internet (See REAMDE file in the package).

"xchm" is the first AmiCygnix program, which uses the GUI toolkit "wxWidgets".
