Reggae Update 3.1.5

An update of MorphOS media library Reggae has been released via Grunch package manager and also on MorphOS Files. The update consists mostly of new classes written for, now completed, media writing bounty. Applications using Reggae (like Zormanita) are now able to write processed audio streams as WAVE, AIFF and raw files. Except of classes, developer documentation and include files are updated as well. New numbering scheme of Reggae updates is made consistent with MorphOS version.
