Not interested in anything coming from AInc, but this "Xpedio" has a WM8650 chip, so it can be "flashed" to run Honeycomb with the Hybrid Uberoid rom.

Clicking on the shop it says order number is 5706, you can see it on status bar of the site even if you don't complete the checkout process.

Maybe Bill already sold a couple of thousands of these tablets?

dont forget the shop use to sell packaged Winuae games and pocket pc software, even I bought one, so this is probably figures from the old amiga shop

Actually that was added prior to the lawsuit being filed in April, 2007. I'm sure the placement of that statement was just part of that process, prior or in conjunction with filing.

I noticed on Amigans.net, commeting this tablet, you said "Hyperion Entertainment are the legal owners to the AmigaOS. (Hopefully one day the Amiga name too - not saying they aren't already, but its all in the US courts again)" Do you know something we don't? Is there another dispute Ainc vs. Hyperion on the Amiga name and tm going on?
