It's irrelevant, since my µA1 runs AmigaOS 4. So if the deal was only between Eyetech and Hyperion, then nothing stops a deal between Troika and Hyperion, without AmigaInc involvement.
On the other hand deal between Genesi and Hyperion is impossible, and most probably covered by a clause in a contract, so no OS4 for Efika!
