Indeed, it's hard to think a third party can enter the game without undergoing major hassles, given that the state of things is already messed up between the two main actors.
Maybe the problems should be solved at their roots first (i.e. the "battle" between AInc and Hyperion), but, on the other hand, the addition on new players may help speeding up the process thanks to the ensuing change of perspective for the future.
Let's hope that, whatever happens, AOS4 will continue to live and grow strong.

Didn't say so, I guess contacting Hyperion would be a starter. I merely wanted to point out that Amiga Inc themselves cannot license AmigaOS 4.0 in its current form to anybody.

But nevermind, I'll shut up. It seems that whatever I say is misinterpreted anyway, so I am going to refrain from posting.
